Great location, in the centre of the city and next to Canal str. Rooms are as simple as it gets but if you don't want to spend money on accomodation is fine (for a day or two I guess)
Nothing I really disliked. You can't expect much with that rate. The bathroom's floor could have been clearer and if toilet paper was available wouldn't be bad. You have to bear with the noisy, young crowd that stays there.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and considering I managed to forget my laptop charger the pcs in the lounge with internet and printing were very useful. Its location was great being just 5 minutes from Manchester city centre. The room was both clean and comfy.
The windows were a little thin and you could here the traffic from the main road and trains.

Rate, lounge, clean

Location was good and room layout was adequate. Connection to Days Inn facility was helpful.
Musty smell in room and corridor. Very little daylight inside. Shower tray filled with water quickly.
-
Basic accommodation, but the important things are a clean bed and its en suite for a bargain price.
Room condition tired, but considering the price acceptable.
-
I ha d a bed for the night
Student accomodation, the window was faulty, there was nosie form air cnditioning all the time, the curtains did not close and were hanging off, the room was well used, there was no tv and it was not a budget price.
-
Very good value but smelt of students
-
Safe, friendlystaff, great location, good value for money, secure car park opposite , resturant and bar a bonus, offering good value for money breakfast.
Not easy to find as a named Hotel, so look out for the Days Inn sign, be aware it could be noisy! so take ear plugs.

The location which is close to Picadilly Station - although the room was spartan the bed was comfortable.
The breakfasts were too expensive - better value at the Railway Station
-
I could not fault it, although it was basically designed to cater for students - not wrinklies like me!
-
Very good hotel for it's cost. Tea facilities in the room and free wi-fi, very friendly staff at reception allways ready to help. It's about 10 minutes walking distance from Manchester central coach station and Picadilly station what was mportant for me

It was really central, close to Piccadilly and to the Gay Village for the Pride festival. Rooms were clean and tidy and staff were friendly and helpful.
-
i loved my stay so much as the room i booked was not the room i was wanting but the staff were very helpful to up grade my room which is very kind of them to do so.

excellent value for the money. nice and clean, friendly staff. room cleaned every day, free internet in the conference centre area, peaceful and quiet. the kettle with tea and bisquits in the room were a nice touch.
labyrinth-like planning of corridors without any signs. have to use the lift just so you don't get lost.
